The Simulacrum [OSR]
A downloadable Horror TTRPG
The Simulacrum is a rules-lite horror
roleplaying game inspired by my favorite
TTRPG rulesets and mechanics for one game
master (the Narrator), and at least one player.
The purpose of this rulebook is to provide
game masters and players with the necessary
guidelines and gameplay mechanics to help
them create in-depth campaigns, quick one-shots,
and compelling characters in a myriad of different
genres, settings, and themes of their choice.
The Simulacrum cannot exist
without these amazing works:
Death In Space by Stockholm Kartell
Knave and Maze Rats by Ben Milton
Fabula Ultima by Emanuele Galletto
Liminal Horror by Nick Erickson
Fate SRD by Evil Hat Productions
Into The Odd by Chris McDowall
Cairn by Yochai Gal
The full text is licensed under CC-BY-SA 4.0.
Amazing artwork all drawn by Chris Susarno.
Writing, layout, and design by Raymond De Los Reyes.
Special thanks to the Bacolod Dungeoneers.

This is so perfect! Thank you!
That’s very good to know. I appreciate the feedback. I hope you have a ton of fun!
Please let me know how it goes when you’ve gotten enough time run games and play with others. Been through multiple tests internally with my local city group, but it is always great to hear from others.
Thanks again!
