Devlog 05/16/2024 [Starting Powers Update & Minor Fixes]

Updated starting Powers to be 2 instead of 1. You choose one of them to be your Simulant Power.
This makes more sense for starting Source Points usage as previous version meant that SP was rendered a useless resource before you can unlock a power since you did not have a power to use them on outside of upcasting.
Updated wording for Overclocking to explain when you can overlock a power
Fixed starting weapon random die from d12 to d10
Added additional stats to starting armor and updated bonuses
Added line stating you can roll or choose 3 starting backpack items
